Ingredients: 2 lbs Roma Tomatoes 1/2 Bundle of Fresh Basil 2 cloves of Garlic 2 tsp. of Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp. of olive oil Burrata Cheese Acme French Baguette Directions: Preheat oven to 350º F Finely chop tomatoes to desired size Roll Basil leaves and slice Mince garlic Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil Set Mixture aside, slice baguette in 1-1/2 inch slices Butter both sides of bread, bake for 10 min or until golden brown.
