LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT SUMMERTIME HOR D’OEUVRE???

TRY OUR BRUSCHETTA RECIPE…MADE WITH ALL PIAZZA’S INGREDIENTS OF COURSE!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Bundle of Fresh Basil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tsp. of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Acme French Baguette

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F
  2. Finely chop tomatoes to desired size
  3. Roll Basil leaves and slice
  4. Mince garlic
  5. Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil
  6. Set Mixture aside, slice baguette in 1-1/2 inch slices
  7. Butter both sides of bread, bake for 10 min or until golden brown. Flip halfway through
  8. Put tomato mixture on bread, put burrata on the side, add basil to garnish and drizzle balsamic as desired
