TRY OUR BRUSCHETTA RECIPE…MADE WITH ALL PIAZZA’S INGREDIENTS OF COURSE!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Bundle of Fresh Basil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tsp. of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- Burrata Cheese
- Acme French Baguette
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Finely chop tomatoes to desired size
- Roll Basil leaves and slice
- Mince garlic
- Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil
- Set Mixture aside, slice baguette in 1-1/2 inch slices
- Butter both sides of bread, bake for 10 min or until golden brown. Flip halfway through
- Put tomato mixture on bread, put burrata on the side, add basil to garnish and drizzle balsamic as desired
