Green Goddess Tuna Salad





Serves 4 |
Flavorful, nutritious, and highly versatile.
Ingredients:
2 cans tuna, drained, 5 oz. each |
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced |
1 oz basil leaves, minced |
1 oz chives, minced |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
- Scoop both cans of tuna into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, basil leaves, and chives to a blender. Pulse and blend until well mixed.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tuna. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the tuna. Stir until incorporated.
- Refrigerate for later or enjoy right away.
