Cranberry Granola Bars

Can't beat the taste of homemade.

Ingredients:

2 cups granola cereal
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a bowl, combine cereal, brown sugar, cranberries, egg, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  3. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  4. Press cereal mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Cut into bars.
