Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves 4 | 
Healthy, easy and great for side dishes.

Ingredients:

Ground black pepper, (to taste)
1 lb Brussels sprouts
Salt, (to taste)
1 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Trim bottoms off of Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
  3. Pour olive oil into a roasting pan. Coat Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in oven and roast for 35-40 minutes. Open oven and stir Brussels sprouts occasionally.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
