Dry Rubbed Pork Spare Ribs

Perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

2 racks pork spare ribs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
Hickory liquid smoke, to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, onion powder and chili powder together.
  2. Shake a few drops of liquid smoke on the spare ribs.
  3. Apply dry rub on spare ribs, coat completely.
  4. Wrap spare ribs with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  6. Place spare ribs on a pan and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, pour apple cider vinegar over ribs, cover and cook for an additional 60 minutes.
