Artichoke Dip

Serves 1 bowl | 
The party dip everyone loves.

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 12 oz. each
1 onion, minced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
French bread or chopped vegetables, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper until well blended. Add artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese and onion, mix well.
  3. Spread mixture in a square baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Cover with foil and bake until for 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. (Until top is lightly browned)
  4. Transfer to large bowl, serve with bread and/or vegetables and enjoy.
