Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade





Serves 12 |
Incredibly flavorful and surprisingly easy to prepare.
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 cup mayonnaise+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup green onions, chopped,green and white parts+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons chopped celery+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon chopped garlic+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon horseradish+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons ketchup+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List |
Cayenne seasoning, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
2 pounds shrimp, cooked and chilled+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Place the first 14 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fairly smooth but with some remaining texture. Chill.
- Arrange the shrimp on a tray or other serving dish and put the remoulade in a small bowl for dipping.
