Greek Veggie Pita Wrap





Serves 4 |
Ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
4 Greek-style pitas |
4 oz hummus |
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped |
4 tablespoons sliced black olives |
1 English cucumber, chopped |
4 tablespoons crumbled feta |
2 Roma tomatoes, diced |
1/2 red onion, sliced |
4 tablespoons Greek dressing |
Directions:
- Lay the pitas flat. Spread 3 tablespoons of hummus across each pita.
- Layer on the lettuce, black olives, cucumber, feta, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle the Greek dressing over everything.
- Fold pitas in half. Enjoy!
