Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Serves 6 | 
A healthy and full flavored salad.

Ingredients:

1 head red leaf lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 cup baby spinach
6 tablespoons walnut oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 green onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash all lettuce thoroughly and dry well. Tear into medium to large-sized pieces. In a large serving bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, green onion, sugar, and salt and pepper. Whisk until emulsified. Adjust the seasonings as desired. 
  2. Toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette and serve.
Course: Salad
