Ingredients:

4 lb spareribs
1 can beef gravy, 10 oz.
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, 14 oz.
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:

  1. Cut ribs small pieces. Place them in a Dutch oven. Fill with enough water to cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine beef gravy, cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir together and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir in the vinegar.
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
