Ingredients:
| 4 tablespoons turkey drippings |
| 2 tablespoons unsalted Butter |
| 3 tablespoons flour |
| 2 cups chicken stock |
| Kosher salt, to taste |
| Black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Stir together the turkey drippings and the unsalted butter in a saucepan on low heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook to form a roux that is lightly browned.
- Slowly add chicken stock, stirring constantly until smooth. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
