Grilled Tuna Steak with Red Pepper Sauce

5-star dining at home.
|1 cup canned roasted red bell pepper|
|1/4 cup chopped green onion|
|1 tablespoon canned tomato paste|
|1 clove garlic, chopped|
|1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes|
|2 tuna steaks|
|2 teaspoons olive oil|
|Ground black pepper, to taste|
- Puree roasted red bell pepper, green onion, tomato paste, garlic clove and pepper flakes in a blender or food processor. Set aside
- Brush tuna with olive oil. Season tuna with black pepper.
- Heat grill to medium. Place tuna steaks on grill, cook for about 6 minutes per side. The edges should be beige with the center remaining red.
- Serve red pepper sauce over cooked tuna.
