No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls





Serves 20 balls |
The perfect bite-sized Fall treats.
Ingredients:
| 8 oz cream cheese |
| 1 cup powdered sugar |
| 1/2 cup pumpkin puree |
| 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
| 1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and pure vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a small cookie scoop to form 1-inch balls. Roll the ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Arrange the pumpkin cheesecake balls on the baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy the pumpkin cheesecake balls chilled.
