Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Skewers

A saucy combo of spicy and sweet.

Ingredients:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into 2-inch cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon hot sauce, your preference
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried dill
5 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chicken into a small mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt over the chicken. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Thread about 6 pieces of chicken onto each skewer. Place the chicken skewers on the baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
  4. Add the mayonnaise, dry ranch seasoning, hot sauce, red chili flakes, honey, and dried dill in a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  5. Baste the chicken skewers with the hot honey ranch sauce. Return to the oven and let sit for a few minutes.
  6. Transfer the chicken skewers to serving plates. Enjoy!
