Teriyaki Beef and Ramen Stir-Fry

Simple, quick and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
2 packets beef ramen noodles, 3 oz. each
1 bag stir-fry vegetables, 14 oz.
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, more to taste
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions:

  1. Place ground beef in a large skillet. Sprinkle seasoning from one packet of ramen noodles over the ground beef. Bring to medium heat and cook until fully browned. Transfer ground beef to a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Add vegetables and ramen noodles to the same skillet, Sprinkle the second seasoning packet over the vegetables and ramen noodles, then pour in water. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer until noodles are tender.
  3. Pour the ground beef into the skillet and stir together. Pour teriyaki sauce over all the ingredients and stir together well. Sprinkle green onions over top and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to serving plates and enjoy!
