Slow Cooker Teriyaki Short Ribs





Serves 6 |
Gourmet ribs with a sweet and tangy twist.
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2 lb beef short ribs, separated+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Ground black pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
1 sweet onion, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
Sesame seeds, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List |
Chopped green onion, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Liberally short ribs on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the short ribs in the slow cooker. Pour teriyaki sauce over the ribs and add the chopped onion. Place the lid on and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
- Remove short ribs and transfer to a platter. Top short ribs with sesame seeds and chopped green.
