Slow Cooker Teriyaki Short Ribs

Gourmet ribs with a sweet and tangy twist.

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2 lb beef short ribs, separated+ Add to Shopping List
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
Ground black pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce+ Add to Shopping List
1 sweet onion, chopped+ Add to Shopping List
Sesame seeds, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List
Chopped green onion, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Liberally short ribs on all sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the short ribs in the slow cooker. Pour teriyaki sauce over the ribs and add the chopped onion. Place the lid on and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
  3. Remove short ribs and transfer to a platter. Top short ribs with sesame seeds and chopped green.
