Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon





Serves 4 |
Mouthwateringly good salmon!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
4 salmon fillets |
Kosher salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard and lime juice in a small bowl. Brush the salmon with the glaze. Place the salmon, skin-side down. Season the salmon and carrots with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven and broil for about 7 minutes, until the salmon is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and transfer the salmon to serving plates. Season with additional salt and pepper and enjoy!
