Stir-Fry Shrimp

Serves 4 | 
Hot, hearty and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 lb broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 carrots, thinly sliced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup wasabi ginger sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb snow peas
Cooked rice, for serving

Directions:

  1. Warm a large frying pan over medium high heat. Swirl cooking oil around in the pan to coat. Add broccoli stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add red bell peppers and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk wasabi ginger sauce, soy sauce and garlic together in a mixing bowl. Add snow peas to sauce and stir together. Pour sauce into the pan. Stir all ingredients together and cook until sauce is warmed.
  4. Add cooked rice to four bowls, top with stir-fry shrimp and enjoy!
