Cheesy Chicken Bacon Sliders





Serves 12 |
Small with big flavor.
Ingredients:
| 12 pack Hawaiian buns |
| 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin |
| 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
| 1 stick butter, melted |
| 1 teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
| 12 slices Colby Jack cheese |
| Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping |
| Ranch dressing |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cut Hawaiian buns in half horizontally. Place bottoms of rolls in a large baking dish.
- Add garlic salt and onion powder to melted butter. Stir together until blended.
- Brush half of the melted butter onto rolls in baking dish. Arrange six slices of cheese on buns. Place sliced deli chicken on top of cheese and drizzle ranch on top of chicken. Arrange remaining cheese slices on ranch chicken and place the tops of the buns on cheese.
- Brush the remaining melted butter on tops of buns. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
