Simple Pecan Pie





Serves 8 |
The perfect dessert for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
| 1 refrigerated pie crust |
| 3 eggs |
| 1 cup corn syrup |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 1/3 cup butter, melted |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1 1/4 cups pecan halves |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Place pie crust in pie tin.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly until combined. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix together well. Stir in pecan halves.
- Pour filling into the pie crust. Bake for 28-32 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let completely cool on a wire rack.
