Super Simple Meatball Sub

5 ingredients are all you need!

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 cup marinara sauce, more for dipping+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese+ Add to Shopping List
20 Italian style meatballs+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese+ Add to Shopping List
4 hoagie rolls, halved+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Arrange hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Place in oven and toast for 2 minutes.
  3. Combine marinara sauce and meatballs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Place 5 meatballs on each of the bottom halves. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Place back in oven and toast for 3-5 minutes, until cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from oven, place top halves on top of meatballs and enjoy with dipping sauce.
