Simple Watermelon Granita

Serves 4 | 
A frozen treat that’s incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 cups seedless watermelon, (chunked)
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour lemon juice, watermelon chunks and sugar into a blender. Puree ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour liquid into a shallow pan. Place in the freezer.
  3. Freeze for one hour.
  4. Remove from freezer and rake with a fork. Place back in the freezer and let freeze for an additional hour.
  5. Remove from freezer, rake with fork again and serve in small bowls.
Course: Dessert
