Simple Coconut Macaroons





Serves 16 |
Only a few ingredients are needed to create this tasty treat.
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
3 egg whites |
14 oz sweetened shredded coconut |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine vanilla extract, egg whites, kosher salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk together very well, until foamy.
- Fold shredded coconut into mixture and stir together.
- Scoop a small amount of batter out and place on the baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet in oven and bake 20-25 minutes.
