Baked French Dip Filled Biscuits

Serves 8 |
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated biscuits, 16.3 oz |
8 slices deli roast beef |
8 slices provolone cheese |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 packet au jus mix, 1 oz |
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish with baking spray.
- Separate the biscuits. Gently press down to flatten each biscuit to about double its diameter.
- Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on top of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over the filling to fully enclose. Pinch the seams to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down into the baking dish. Set aside.
- Mix the melted butter, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the filled biscuits.
- Place the baking dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Make the au jus according to the packet directions. Pour into individual bowls for dipping.
- Serve warm with the au jus. Enjoy!
