Picanha Steak

Serves 4 | 
Steak dinner with a Brazilian flair.

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil, for the grill grates
2 lb sirloin cap steak, cut into 4 steaks
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Prepared chimichurri sauce, for serving

Directions:

  1. Bring the grill to high heat. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil grates.
  2. Pierce each steak through the center with metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the steak skewers on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the steak skewers to a cutting board. Let rest 10 minutes.
  5. Slice the steaks and transfer to serving plates. Serve with chimichurri. Enjoy!
