Apple Beet Carrot Orange Smoothie

Brimming with antioxidants and essential nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 apple, any variety, chopped
1 red beet, trimmed, chopped
3 carrots, ends trimmed, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 piece fresh ginger, peeled, 2-inch
1 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Add the apple, beet, carrot, orange juice, ginger and water to a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Enjoy!
