Lettuce Wrap Chicken Club Sandwich

A lighter version of the classic with all the flavors.

Ingredients:

8 Romaine lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise
8 oz deli ham
3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
6 slices bacon
6 slices tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of each lettuce leaf. Then add an equal amount of the ham and chicken to each lettuce leaf. Lay the bacon and tomato on top.
  2. Place two lettuce wrap chicken club sandwiches on each serving plate. Enjoy!
Main Ingredient: Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Bacon, Ham, Tomatoes
