Honey Apricot Glazed Ham

A sweet ans savory ham for the holidays.
Ingredients:
6 lb half ham |
1 cup honey |
1 cup apricot preserves |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard |
Directions:
- Score ham in a diamond pattern. Place ham in a roasting pan.
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Combine honey, apricot preserves, lemon juice, garlic, cornstarch, Dijon and yellow mustards in a saucepan, bring to medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened and bubbly.
- Spoon glaze over the ham.
- Place ham in the oven and bake for 2 hours.
