Honey Apricot Glazed Ham

Serves 8 | 
A sweet ans savory ham for the holidays.

Ingredients:

6 lb half ham
1 cup honey
1 cup apricot preserves
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions:

  1. Score ham in a diamond pattern. Place ham in a roasting pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  3. Combine honey, apricot preserves, lemon juice, garlic, cornstarch, Dijon and yellow mustards in a saucepan, bring to medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Spoon glaze over the ham.
  5. Place ham in the oven and bake for 2 hours.
