Put a delicious twist on the classic cookie recipe and mix things up!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 box strawberry cake mix

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine baking powder and cake mix.
In a separate bowl, mix together vanilla extract, eggs and vegetable oil. Whisk together well.
Add egg mixture to cake mixture, stir together vigorously. Add chocolate chips to mix and stir well.
Spoon out cookie dough, roll into small balls and arrange on baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely on wire rack before serving.
