Cranberry Pork Tenderloin





Serves 4 |
Perfectly tender, sweet, and savory.
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin |
| Salt, to taste |
| Black pepper, to taste |
| 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1 teaspoon orange zest |
| 1 cup cranberry sauce |
| 1 sprig fresh rosemary |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a large, oven-safe skillet. Bring to medium-high heat on the stovetop. Add the pork and sear on all sides until golden brown. Remove from the heat.
- Stir together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, orange zest, and cranberry sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the pork tenderloin in the skillet. Place the rosemary sprig on top.
- Place the skillet in the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the cranberry sauce from the skillet. Enjoy!
