Coconut Macaron Thai Iced Tea





Serves 6 |
Real simple, real tasty, real refreshing.
Ingredients:
8 cups water |
10 tea bags |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 cups coconut milk |
8 tablespoons coconut cream |
Directions:
- Fill a medium pot with 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep 8 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
- Pour in the sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Place the tea into a large pitcher. Place into refrigerator to chill.
- Add a generous amount of ice to tall glasses. Pour in the tea until about 3/4 full. Fill the remainder of the glass with coconut milk. Top each glass with 2 tablespoons of coconut cream. Stir together until mixed. Enjoy!
