Herb Butter Marinated T-Bone Steaks

Serves 4 |
Rich, savory and so simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
4 T-bone steaks |
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup dry red wine |
1 stick butter, softened |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
2 teaspoons dried chives |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
Directions:
- Place the steaks in a large sealable container. Add grated ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and red wine. Close the lid and toss to coat steaks. Let the steaks marinate for 1 hour. Discard marinade once done.
- Place the stick of butter into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle minced garlic, onion powder, parsley, chives, oregano and basil over the butter. Whisk together until well incorporated.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare and 6-7 minutes per side for medium. During the last minute of cooking, add 1 tablespoon of herb butter to each steak.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Transfer steaks to serving plates. Top each steak with 1 tablespoon of herb butter and enjoy!
