Pulled Pork Jalapeno Poppers

Serves 24 | 
Jalapeno poppers with a twist!

Ingredients:

1 lb pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz cream cheese
24 jalapeno peppers
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Combine pulled pork, mozzarella and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Hallow out each jalapeno pepper and stuff with the pulled pork mixture.
  4. Arrange jalapenos on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese begins to bubble.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle bacon over top and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
