Pulled Pork Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno poppers with a twist!
Ingredients:
1 lb pork shoulder, cooked and shredded |
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese |
8 oz cream cheese |
24 jalapeno peppers |
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Combine pulled pork, mozzarella and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Hallow out each jalapeno pepper and stuff with the pulled pork mixture.
- Arrange jalapenos on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese begins to bubble.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle bacon over top and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
