Honey Sriracha Shrimp

Serves 4 |
This dish packs the heat!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup sriracha sauce |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Cooked rice, for serving |
Directions:
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine honey, sriracha and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Pour honey mixture over shrimp.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes, until sauce becomes thick and bubbly.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
