Ribeye Steak Cheeseburger

Serves 4 | 
A beefy burger that can't be missed.

Ingredients:

4 ribeye steaks, 8 oz. each
4 brioche buns, halved
3 teaspoons olive oil
8 oz cream cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Liberally season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Once grill is hot, cook steaks to desired doneness. Brush buns with olive oil and lightly toast on the grill.
  3. Remove steaks from grill and let cool. Cut steaks into thin slices.
  4. Arrange a few slices of steak on bottoms of buns. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of steak.
  5. Turn heat to low on the grill. Place the steak and cheese buns on the top rack of the grill. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Spread cream cheese on the insides of the top buns. Place top of buns on the cheesy steak slices and enjoy!
