Roasted Seasoned Red Potatoes

The easist side dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
7 red skinned potatoes |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, finely minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Quarter potatoes with the skin on and place in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary and toss in bowl until evenly coated.
- Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, until potatoes browned and tender.
