Mango Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 mango, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
Tortilla chips, (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime jucie and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix together well. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Serve with chips or as a condiment for tacos.
