Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Sweet, crispy, crunchy goodness.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag frozen corn, 16 oz.
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Place the butter and honey into a large skillet. Bring to medium heat. Cook and stir until the butter is melted.
  2. Add the frozen corn. Cook for about 10 minutes, occasionally stirring.
  3. Add the cream cheese. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over top. Cook and stir until the cream cheese has completely melted.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat. Spoon onto serving plates and enjoy!
